Size does matter for accused fish poachers
CARD SOUND -- Two men were arrested Sunday on 12 charges of spear fishing lobster, undersized grouper and other fish during an undercover sting operation by state wildlife officers.
Both men -- one 39-year-old from Miami and the other, 47, from Hialeah -- were charged with spearfishing in a protected area, interfering with a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission...
