Son accused of firing gun in fight with dad

SUMMERLAND KEY -- A man fired a gun during an argument with his father early Wednesday on Summerland Key, according to a Monroe County Sheriff's Office press release.

Christopher Fleming, 21, of Boynton Beach, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, improper exhibition of a firearm and use of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol.
