“The worst Uber car in which I have ridden is in better shape than the best taxi. They are insured for more than our oft times rude taxi drivers. And, not once have I been told by an Uber driver that their AC and credit card reader were broken. One report of a broken AC or rude driver on the post-trip rating and that driver is yanked until the situation is resolved.”
