Man arrested on decade-old violation

KEY WEST -- A Big Pine Key man sitting in the street on North Roosevelt Boulevard Thursday was arrested on a DUI warrant signed by a judge more than 10 years ago.

Danny Shane Godi, 41, who has addresses in Fort Worth, Texas, and Big Pine Key, was arrested on a charge of probation violation stemming from a 1997 conviction for driving under the influence.
