U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen is among a group of congressional leaders who want to name the federal courthouse on Simonton Street in Key West the Sidney M. Aronovitz United States Courthouse.

The bill still must be vetted by the judiciary committee, but Ros-Lehtinen said she is pushing to get the bill heard as quickly as possible and she hopes it will pass no later than September.
