Court papers explain charges

The Monroe County State Attorney's Office released court papers Thursday explaining allegations that led to three third-degree felony charges against the public schools superintendent.

Prosecutors say Randy Acevedo broke the law three times: on Feb. 11, when he allegedly gave the district's finance director a faked letter to explain his wife's alleged personal purchases on h...

jail

mabey the Acevedo's will be lucky and get joining jail cells then they wont be wasting any more tax payers money on e-mails and phone calls during working hours. I wonder how Randy mutch will love MO when she squeal on him. bubbas give up they are guilty!

RE: Bubbas

The bubbas must be going crazy over this or maybe not. Mike H is enjoying his new role as sup and his Dad is right there with him. Think about all the contracts these two can award and the jobs they can give their buddies. The bubbas always plan their strategy to keep them on top. Morgan and his campaign manager, Bookie, can have a great time bilking us all out of our tax dollars. Take all you want ! There's plenty there. And when you run out, you can come back and place more burden on the poor taxpayers of Monroe County. Your next move is to put the beleaquered college president out. Once you have her out of the way, you can help your Spottswood buddies get the contract for the new dorm. Maybe the Toppino family can get the contract to clean the outside. The manipulation just continues.

Talk about paraniod. This

Talk about paraniod. This poster certainly is paranoid. Everything is a conspiracy. They are all plotting against you. The new world order is out to get you, etc.

I thought Reitzel was a hero before

Now I realize she rigged the election. If she had come forth in July of 2008 does anyone think Acevedo would have been re-elected in Nov. 2008??

hmmmm.....

Assistant State Attorney Mark Wilson on Thursday said Reitzel's allegation about the Feb. 13 incident did not surface during her previous depositions with State Attorney's Office investigators, but when Acevedo's attorney, Catherine Vogel, deposed her last month.---looks like Vogel's still working in the State Attorney's Office - nice work Wilson, need her to uncover anything else for you?

Re: hmmmmm

Oh Catherine, stop patting yourself on the back, everyone knows you are bitter and will say and do anything to make the new S.A.O. look bad....

They don't need any help in that area

The way they have been handling this case, and others, they don't need her help to look bad.

Re: Reitzel's allegation

Looks like an attempted CYA to me.

Three Better Than One

Hopefully at least one of these charges will stick because right is right. Poor Ms. Vogel had bad luck when that additional deposition came out, but this is a good thing. It is no crime to protect the woman you love, but when one loves the wrong woman, trouble usually follows.

Yes...

And when one loves the wrong man 2 wrongs do not make a Right!

Stand back Tammy, Sit down, Percy
