Something odd I noticed, though. Are their kids adding 'friends' to her pages? For a 40-something year old woman, she sure has a ton of young, young, scary-young 'friends'. Or does she just hang with kids and talk about shopping?

Everyone should become a friend on Facebook to Monica and view her pictures of parties, limo rides for her children, trips taken with her family and all other extravagant things that people without money can do on our school tax money. This is not someone who has a mental disorder but someone who believes she can steal and get away with it. To be posting this now when her trial is coming is just pure arrogance with no scruples. If she can take the school tax money I want my share back she used for her own personal gain so I can at least afford to live day to day and pay my bills on a limited income.

Hendrick should represent Monique -- for years he convinced (coerced) people to act against the best interests of the taxpayer and the judicial system. By the time he has given his summation, jurors will believe that Monique was the victim, not the culprit. Prediction: Monique will be working for Pritam/Swift/Spottswood within a year of release (if she serves jail time at all).

What a joke now she has a mental illness after she has spent half a million dollars they figure out she has a mental problem! Get real being an [alleged] thief is not a mental illness it is a sin. Greed cannot be treated with drugs. Next she will claim she is a drug addict now that they have started her on drugs. I have one question if they cannot afford to pay for her defense then who is paying for all this drug treatment and drugs she now has to take are we the tax payers going to have to pay that also. Also if this is true then why did her husband wait years to do anything about it? Neither one of them thought of what this would do to their kids before all of this came out. Also why should the court worry about who will take care of their kids if it was anyone else than a Bubba the court would follow the guidelines they are given. Since this is a first offense that they have and are being prosecuted on they both most likely will get probation and walk out of the courthouse with a big smile on their face.

Burn her at the stake, no waterboard her, stone her. It seems like no punishment is enough or just for her. My God their are highly VINDICTIVE folks among us. God forbid we let the courts and our higher power judge her and her spouse for their misdeeds. You people amaze me. Jay

think they are "not guilty"? That they should be allowed to just walk away from all this? Do thier best friends believe that? Who in this town would rejoice at that result? Do even the "we love you, Randy" girls really believe that? Will they try to re-elect him if he wins an appeal? Please help me understand this mental pathology. Even having to ask these questions seems tragic.Has this whole prosecution been a huge mistake targeting wonderful people, as these folks would have you believe?
