Tourist couple was 'caught up in moment'

KEY WEST -- Fantasy Fest officially kicked off Tuesday night for police as officers responded to multiple calls downtown, mostly for disorderly conduct, and arrested a Virginia couple allegedly engaged in a sex act in the street.

The man and woman were charged with misdemeanor lewd and lascivious behavior and booked into Monroe County jail.
