Man arrested after exposing himself

MARATHON -- A 54-year-old man was arrested Thursday after allegedly exposing himself at Coco Plum Beach, then getting into a fight with a couple who witnessed his behavior, reports say.

Jose Ignacio Torna of Marathon was charged with two counts of battery, indecent exposure, lewd and lascivious acts by an adult in the presence of a child under 12 and resisting arrest.
