The World's Finest Chocolate Sale is coming to a conclusion. The school raised more than $5,000 with the fundraiser. Thanks to the parents for helping out.

The Student Council election results are in.

The upper grade Student Council officers for the 2009-2010 school year are: President Mikaela Maeder; Co-president Cabeb Hiller; Vice President Samantha Hoeffer; Secretary Morgan Denhart; Treasurer Robert Newman III; Sergeant at Arms Antonio Quintana; and photographer Alexandra Mercurio.

The Student Council is sponsoring a Tag Day on Monday.

The theme is "Twin Day," and cost is 50 cents. The money raised will go to help a needy family in the school.

The Mariner Cheerlead-ing Club is about to start practice.

They will be cheering for the boys and girls basketball season.

The cheerleading sponsors are Lisa Maeder and Michelle Guy.
