KEY WEST -- Amy's Liquor Store scored 11 runs in the second inning and breezed to an 18-10 win over Southernmost Furniture/Vizcaya Realty last week in the Key West Coed Softball League.

Sisters Samantha Smithwick and Sabrina Smith roped three hits apiece with Samantha doubling twice to lead Amy's win in Monday night action at Pepe Hernandez Field.

Jim Hake, Ricky Gonzalez and Joey Perez also roped three hits apiece. Tabby Guttenmacher launched a pitch into Virginia Street and slammed a two-base hit, Keia Hughes cracked a pair of two-base hits, David Sweeting and Tina Godfrey each singled as Carlos Sanchez stroked a two-bagger.

Southernmost's Jenny Carson doubled and cuffed a pair of base hits, Robert Franco nailed a three-base hit and a base hit, Ginny Matea, Manny Pichardo, Raul Franco, Alexa Sellers and Henry Gonzalez each singled twice as Jessica Cranney, Callie Ford and Eddie Perez had one hit apiece.

Garrett Beam was 4-for-4 to lead Ricks Bail Bonds, Brant Voss tripled, doubled and singled, Nick Pace homered in the park and cracked two base hits, Karen Cabanas stroked a double and a base hit, Terry Worthington and Scotty Beam singled twice as Liz Podlucky whacked a two-base hit and Keia Hughes and Amy Metcalf each singled.

For Lazy Gecko, Jenny Carson hammered a two-base hit and two base hits, Ginny Matea singled three times, Rich Baker gapped a pair of two-base hits, Aaron Buschewicz singled twice and with one hit each was Jessica Cranney, Geoff Lemos, Frank Conti and Lori Wood.

Veronica Brown drove home three runs on a triple and two singles and Paul Gardner slugged three base hits to lead the L.O.S.E.R.S. at the plate. Thomas Haas, Becki Balcer, Nick Hogan (double) and Jeremiah Periard each ripped two hits, Bridget Woods doubled and Amy Metcalf singled.

Conch Farm's Ron Cipriano tripled and singled, Jill Cipriano and Emma Harlow both nailed a two-base hit and a base hit, Morgan Wheat, Liana Payne and Liz Podlucky each singled twice and Terry Worthington added a base hit.
