Miami man charged with stealing a boat

PLANTATION KEY -- A Miami man whose driver license has been suspended 12 times for failure to appear in court or attend traffic school was arrested Sunday while allegedly attempting to steal a pontoon boat, according to a Monroe County Sheriff's Office press release.
