Grim's raffling off Super Bowl tix

KEY WEST -- Grim's Grill is proud to announce that it will be the base for a raffle in which two tickets to next year's Super Bowl will be given away.

The raffle will also raise funds for A Positive Step for Monroe County, Inc., which is a provider for the Florida State Department of Juvenile Justice serving kids and their families in Monroe County.

Only 250 raffle entries will be sold at a price of $100. The winning entrant, drawn at Grim's during the BCS National Championship Watch Party on Jan. 7, 2010, will receive two tickets to Super Bowl XLIV in Miami. Sales will begin Monday night at 7 p.m. during the WKWF Monday Night Football party at Grim's.

The NFL Players' Association will be providing the raffle's secondary prizes as well as giveaways just for buying entries on Monday nights at Grim's.

"This is a winning situation for everyone involved," said John Grimesey, owner of Grim's Grill. "Local football fans get a great opportunity, a worthy charity raises needed funds, and we get to highlight our sports bar. We are extremely grateful to Director Billy Davis of APSMC for choosing us as partners."
