MCSO fires jailer after 2nd arrest

KEY WEST -- The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has fired a corrections officer who deputies arrested Monday morning after he allegedly violated an injunction to stay away from his wife, according to agency spokeswoman Becky Herrin.
