Man goes on rampage smashing car windows

KEY WEST -- A 48-year-old man allegedly went on a rampage early Monday, smashing the windows of nine vehicles in New Town, causing $12,000 in damage before he was shocked twice by a police Taser and arrested trying to enter Poinciana Elementary School.
