He'll find money for our schools...course he probable will steal all of it to support his daughter's coke habit...What a family. Seems like this violation of probation could get him at least what smoking a joint got goldberg...12 extra years

See? He gets probation (because of Key West city's inept bookkeeping, it appears) and he just continues with his criminal enterprises. See what kind of message it sends when we have convicted drug dealers in charge of large city departments? We end up with employees thinking it's all ok.
