the head idiot of this organization was asked one day if red flag wetlands were buildable and if the answer was in the carring capasity study (which we knew it was). She didn't have a clue and said she would get back to us....Well, we’re still waiting for her call. This women is useless. By the way.... That carrying capacity study is only used by the DCA when it benefits some of their positions. When the outcome of an issue results in a negative, their answer is...."Oh we don't use that thing it's not a scientific study"
