Candidate forums

Hometown PAC will host a meet-and-greet and Q&A from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Conch Flyer Restaurant in the Key West International Airport for candidates for the Monroe County Commission and Florida House. Park free in the second-level employee lot after 5 p.m. or have your two-hour parking ticket validated at the restaurant.

Finnegan's Wake will host a meet-and-greet from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at 320 Grinnell St., Key West.

The Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce will host two events, one on Aug. 16 in the Big Pine United Methodist Church Chapel on Key Deer Boulevard for candidates for Monroe County Commission Districts 2 and 4, and Florida Keys Mosquito Control Districts 2 and 5; and one on Aug. 18 for candidates for Monroe County School Board Districts 1 and 5, County Judge Group 3, and State House District 120.
