Spend Tax Money & No revenue?

What's great about spending property tax money for rusty old boats and security on a plan that produces NO reasonable revenue?

Great Idea

I recently visited the property in question during one of our frequent KW vacations and think this is a great idea. I'm skeptical about the marina plan. It would seem to me that there are already plenty of marina facilities in KW and it would make use of much of the area exclusive to wealthy boat owners. The Truman Annex is a beautiful community where I would love a home, but it certainly is already exclusive to the very wealthy. With most of the Truman Annex already out of reach of most KW residents and many tourists, the Truman water front should be made to benefit the entire community.
