Despite rhetoric, teachers' union has been willing to participate in process

Recently, I watched a Tim Tebow news conference in which he said 45 times that he was "excited" about becoming a New York Jet. I can relate to the repetition. In the last nine months, I have said to the Monroe County School Board, "there is a process in the contract," at least as many times.
