Easter: Some Like It Hot, Some Like It Cold

Unlike Thanksgiving that comes at the end of the harvest or Christmas that arrives in the middle of winter, Easter is our major spring holiday. While Thanksgiving demands a roast turkey with root vegetables such as sweet potatoes or rutabaga (all served hot) and Christmas calls for a roast of some kind (with hot vegetable side dishes), spring holidays tend to be far more flexible.
