"I wish to commend a female KeyWest police officer who literally stopped traffic on White Street to allow my crossing, after, being handicapped and seated in a power chair, waiting in the marked crosswalk for more than five minutes. Many citizens have forgotten their driver's license test questions. Someone in the crosswalk has the right of way, handicapped or not."
