No Computer Hacker....

Taking someone else's password and logging is just immoral, unethical and shows how dumb Zappulla is. A hacker would know how they will track the actions back to his machine. He's just an ignorant user, who thought he was a big time computer hacker.
While the acts are criminal and should be prosecuted, there is contributory fault on the users who did not protect their passwords. A password is also a company asset and should be protected as cash. These actions should put everyone on alert, the person sitting next to you at work will always take personal interests first.
