"For years we were told a $5 million study was needed to determine if large cruise ships could turn in the ship channel. In one day, in an unannounced test, the question was decided. Way to save $5 million. But guess what? We still don't want huge ships. The citizens of this city have demonstrated repeatedly that they don't want larger cruise ships."
