Man arrested after not paying for meal

A man was arrested early Thursday for allegedly not paying for his meal at Denny's Restaurant, according to a police incident report.

The 34-year-old man from Mount Holly, N.C., was charged with defrauding an innkeeper of under $100, a misdemeanor.
