The [guest column] submitted by John Hammerstrom and printed on Saturday should be required reading for every resident of Monroe County. It cannot be denied that the ongoing desire for more development has resulted in a distorted and manipulated result for evacuation times. Why would only a portion of mobile home residents be counted...
