Developers agree to 30% affordable rule

Developers contracted to buy Key West's beleaguered Peary Court housing site say they are willing to meet the city's mandate that 30 percent of the units there be designated as affordable housing.

See...I am glad certain Commissioners did not buy the "bull" these developers were selling. They are back, as everyone knew they would with a deal that meets the City's affordable housing requirements.

density is a problem

Keep the density at 8 per acre...More than that and it makes for a lousy neighborhood and then parking is a pain in the ass. I hope the city commission has the guts to remain firm on what is best for KW
