The Monroe County Democrats continue their Democratic Speaker Series with Gloria Romero-Roses, candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, District 26, at 5:30 p.m. July 25 at Shanna Key Irish Pub & Grill, 1900 Flagler Ave., Key West. Each meeting showcases a different office and a Democratic candidate.

• Upper Keys event

The Key Largo Civic Club will host a political forum for the primary election from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 29 at its facility, 209 Ocean Bay Drive, Mile Marker 100, ocean side, across the street from the Lions Club.
