FBI: Man lures girls into sex trade
Two of the youths had run away from a Monroe County children's shelter

Deangelo Jones sprung for a cellphone picked up from a Target store, along with makeup, jewelry and some hairstyling products for three girls he had recruited as prostitutes, according to a 12-year-old runaway girl's statement to federal agents.

"Jones also provided [her] with condoms for her to use during the prostitution dates," an FBI agent reported in an affidavit filed...

SICK!

SICK, SICK, SICK! Life Sentence on three accounts of CHILD ENDANGERMENT, FORCED PROSTITUTION ON A MINOR, AND KIDNAPPING. Anyone who preys on a child should be locked away for 10 to 20 years for each account equals 30 to 60 years without parole.

Girls Runaway From The Protection Freely Afforded To Them...

These girls ran from the source of their protection and care, and got themselves involved with a criminal. Choices and decisions have consequences, no matter how old the individual. I'm certain that whatever the background of these girls, they were provided with many positive messages, guidance, encouragement and alternatives. They ignored everyone, along with all of the positive and constructive messages that were directed their way. Learning the hard way is a part of life. It is part of growing up. I've not met Mr. Gratz. My instincts and intuition have always been accurate, never failing me. The writings of Mr. Gratz indicate to me that there is a lot of dysfunction and darkness.

REALLY!

You just blamed the victims! Yes of course a TWELVE year old should know better and have better judgements and make smarter decisions...are you insane? "The writings of Mr. Gratz indicate to me that there is a lot of dysfunction and darkness." That's the one thing you wrote that made sense! "I'm certain that whatever the background of these girls, they were provided with many positive messages, guidance, encouragement and alternatives. " Oh really, you are certain of that are you? You better do some research into sex trafficing, into the degredation and destruction physical and mental and sexual abuse in YOUR OWN HOME can do to a person, let alone a CHILD! Your comment was thoughtless and calllous and you need educating, badly.

Sorry Conrad, but I disagree with you.

Most girls in loving homes would never run away. The majority of these girls come from homes where there is physical, sexual and emotional abuse. Unfortunaly these girls never got help from their friends, teachers or a trusted adult that could help them. They instead chose an uncertain fate and ran away from their abusers. They were either so afraid or ashamed to ask for help. Unfortunaly not every child grows up in a nurturing loving family that wants them.
