Judge grants Ferro bail
A judge granted $750,000 bail Friday to a Broward County man accused of the 2009 Fantasy Fest stabbing death of Key West resident Marques Butler.
Nicholas Ferro of Hollywood will be allowed to post bond pending his second trial on one count of second-degree murder. His first trial ended with a hung jury in March.

Finally a decent and fair ruling. Now with a fair venue, the people can look for justice and not vengence. The kangaroos can be caged and Nick can get back to what is left of his life. Wishing his family the best through this ordeal. Glad to see him come home. Let the truth set you free!

Lets see, new judge, new venue, new decision, Bail, after nearly 3 years and a hung jury, he should bondable. I would suggest the SAO consider a lesser charge and time served. There's just too many issues to get a 2nd degree murder conviction, let both families get on with their lives.

Your welcome. My statement is factual. They may prove it was self defense or allowed under Florida's kill anyone you want gun laws, but they will be cold blooded killers the rest of their lives and willl have to make piece with that and with their God.
