Political newcomers call for change and more accountability

The crowded, six-man campaign for the District 3 School Board seat will determine a new vote and voice on this fall's School Board.

But with a roster of political newcomers, the nonpartisan race has hardly a single indicator of who has the most campaign muscle to beat back the competition.
