Daytona man crashes car into Navy fence

KEY WEST -- A Daytona Beach man was arrested after allegedly crashing a car into a Navy fence and fleeing early Friday, according to a police incident report.

Richard Christopher Peters, 29, was charged with hit and run, driving with a suspended license, trespassing and possessing marijuana.

Police responded at 2:32 a.m. to the 1100 block of Palm Avenue...
