KEY WEST -- A parking vigilante who apparently took issue with someone's Old Town motoring skills left a message on their car.

Police were called at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday to the 300 block of Southard Street, where they found the alleged victim and his car, on which was written: "I am an entitled [expletive] and I can park where I want."
