At the beginning of the campaign season, it was my intention not to become involved in any way in the debates between the candidates for the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. I realize that accuracy has never been a prerequisite in political debate either at the national or local level. However, the level of misinformation has reached a point where I feel I must respond.
