Early voting popular in the Keys
Monroe elections supervisor protests new law that shortens schedule

With 24 years' experience supervising elections in the Florida Keys, Harry Sawyer knows plenty about the role stormy weather can play with voter turnout.

That alone keeps him happy that Monroe County remains one of five counties statewide still allowed 15 days of early voting before polls open, despite the state's new law that reduces the early voting period elsewhere.

The good news is if Romney gets elected I hear he plans to tear down the white house and replace it with a 50000000 square foot mansion. You know, like the one in La Jolla where he is building an elevator for his cars. He sure is a regular guy.
