3rd DCA overturns ruling on 2010 raid

An appellate court has overturned a Monroe County judge's ruling to toss drug evidence collected in a 2010 raid in a Key Largo trailer park.

The 3rd District Court of Appeal (DCA) on Wednesday overturned circuit Judge Luis Garcia's 2011 ruling that evidence collected at Richard Jay Marr's trailer should be suppressed, citing the Fourth Amendment constitutional right again...
