Be more preemptive in managing traffic flow

The past two weeks have confirmed that the reconstruction of North Roosevelt Boulevard will cause a major disruption to Key West traffic patterns for at least the next two years.

No one questions whether reconstruction of North Roosevelt was needed. Residents knew the five-minute drives to which they are accustomed would be gone for awhile.
