A Key Largo handyman was arrested for allegedly using rocks as weapons during a scuffle that started inside Sharkey's Restaurant on Friday night, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

Carlos Casanova Ponce, 43, who said he works in construction, is charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault, both felonies, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
