Isaac storms into Keys

Tropical Storm Isaac held strong at noon Sunday, as it drew a bead on the Florida Keys from 55 miles away and at 65 mph and promised a storm surge over Key West of between one to 4 feet and 6 to 10 inches of rain.

The Keys remained under a hurricane warning and a tornado watch was added Sunday afternoon, but no curfews were issued as officials simply asked people to stay...
