Theft case hampered by booze, language barrier
Too much alcohol and a language barrier posed problems for Key West police officers who responded to a robbery call at 4 a.m. Tuesday in Old Town.
Police took a very vague report of an alleged robbery from two French-speaking men in their early 20s who spoke very little English.
