The Florida Keys Mosquito Control District will conduct aerial spraying from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. this morning over the Upper Keys, weather permitting.
Airplanes will treat Middle and Upper Key Largo, Ocean Reef, Mile Markers 98 to 107, and Upper Matecumbe, Windley, Plantation keys, and Lower Key Largo, Mile Markers 80 to 98.
They will spread Dibrom, an adulticide applied at 0.75 ounces per acre, whose active ingredient is naled, which the district has used for almost 30 years.
