Russell J. Cummings Jr.

Russell J. Cummings Jr., affectionately known as "Uncle Russell," of Key West, Fla., and Plymouth, Mass., passed away this week surrounded by his family. Russell was a fixture of the place he loved most, Key West. He was known for riding his chrome Harley with parrot perched on his head and American flag waving proudly. He is survived by his mother, Lucia; brother, Ed; sister, Heather; and nieces, Victoria and Olivia Aveson.
