Toilet time was up for man in bathroom stall

KEY WEST -- Some guys just can't get a moment to themselves.

Such was the case for a homeless man sitting on a toilet at 10 p.m. Tuesday whom police hauled out of the bathrooms at Higgs Beach and subsequently arrested.

The 53-year-old man was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest.
