Sign of a smile

We like to think of our existence here in the island nation as simply happy, joyous and free, although some might question the free part for sure, given recent challenges like navigating North Roosevelt Boulevard construction project detours, as well as a rainier rainy season.

That there is still enough joy to go around for the populace at large may not help those struggling...
