•Supervisor of elections

Jillian Cranney-Gage will hold a meet-and-greet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 19 at Conch Town Liquor & Lounge, 3340 N. Roosevelt Blvd., Key West. Free hors d'oeuvres, cash bar offered. It is a nonsmoking event.

•Sheriff

Rick Ramsay will hold a meet-and-greet from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 19 in Kev's Café, at Bud N' Mary's Marina, Mile Marker 79, Islamorada. Free hors d'oeuvres, cash bar.

• Homeowner associations

The Island of Key Largo Federation of Homeowner Associations' general-election candidates forum will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Nelson Government and Cultural Center, Mile Marker 102, and be broadcast on Comcast Channel 76 and the county website.

• Hometown PAC

Hometown PAC will hold a forum for the general election candidates (including write-ins) from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 15 at the Conch Flyer Restaurant, on the second floor of the Key West International Airport. It will feature candidates for U.S. representative-District 26, Monroe County state attorney, clerk of court, Mosquito Control-District 3, School Board-District 3, and sheriff will participate.

• Lower Keys Chamber

The Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce will host a candidates forum from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Oct. 16 at Boondocks Grille & Draft House, Mile Marker 27.5, Ramrod Key. Candidates for Mosquito Control, School Board, supervisor of elections, clerk of court, state attorney, state representative (District 120), state senator (District 39) and U.S. House of Representatives (District 26) will participate. • Business and Professional Women

• GOP features GOPs
