Vision, action, tenacity fuel economy

Why does the Historic Seaport make the city over a million dollars a year? Because Jimmy Weekley, as mayor, and a few citizens worked with the Trust for Public Lands and took the issue to a referendum, then floated a bond issue and had the vision and tenacity to make it so.

Why do we have a protected historic district? Because the city awakened when the Convent of St. Mary...
