Sanctuary to tweak some rules

Marine sanctuary officials on Tuesday will start setting priorities for new rules or changes to existing rules and closed areas within Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.

When the Sanctuary Advisory Council meets Tuesday in Key Largo, it will also begin establishing working groups that will tackle specific issues, Sanctuary Superintendent Sean Morton said.
