20 YEARS AGO

An F-14 Tomcat Navy fighter jet flying from the Naval Air Station crashed into the Gulf of Mexico and sent the two pilots to the hospital with minor injuries.

The Key West Chamber of Commerce was sponsoring a leadership conference to discuss and adopt recommended goals for Key West's future.
