Sacks full of marijuana float into shore, not Jamaican brown sugar

It was a smuggler's paradise from Islamorada to Marathon the past three days as at least 150 pounds of marijuana in bales were found in nearshore Atlantic Ocean waters, state and federal authorities said Friday.
