Ex-husband's canine visitation rights denied

KEY WEST -- A woman was arrested Thursday morning after not letting her ex-husband visit their dog, according to a police incident report.

Kim Sprague, 56, of Eagle Avenue, was charged with felony aggravated battery and misdemeanor resisting arrest.
